Ways to Raise Your Vibration to Manifest the Best Summer Ever
Summer is in full swing. The sun is out. The days are longer. There are places to go and people to see. Summer 2019 has been spectacular so far…. Yet somehow, Lana Del Rey’s “Summertime Blues” has re-entered the US iTunes chart. What’s going on here? Are we all in collective confusion? Fortunately, even if you’re experiencing some summer blues, there’s still hope that you can make this summer the most amazing one you’ve ever experienced! One of the summer days. The trick is to positively raise your vibration and attract feel-good thoughts, experiences and people into your life.
A simple explanation. Everything has vibrational energy. We all vibrate at different frequencies, and your thoughts control that frequency. At the same time, similar frequencies attract each other – as the Law of Attraction says, like attracts like. The more you dwell on the bad things, the more you contribute to these lower vibrations and attract them back to you.
Our goal is to manifest the most wonderful, fun and thrilling summer possible. Now is the time for us to raise our vibrations so we can allow these amazing experiences into our lives. Here’s how you embrace nature.
As we have said before, everything has vibrational energy, the more organic and alive it is, the higher the vibration…. This means that nature is full of high vibrations. So get outside, kick off your shoes, and sink your toes into the grass. Just by connecting with nature on this basic level, you’ll feel energized. Go for a hike and stop to take in the beauty around you. Have a picnic in the park. Being in nature will cause your own vibrational frequency to soar, helping you to attract more high-vibe experiences.
We know the new season of “Stranger Things” just dropped, but quit your Netflix account now! It’s time to put down your phone and stop scrolling through Instagram. Honestly, step away from your computer.
Our lives have been flooded with technology, and it’s the furthest thing from nature. While technology has its benefits, it also has some drawbacks. It’s been proven that our favorite social media sites can lead to depression and anxiety It’s definitely a low vibe.
I found Instagram to be debilitating at times. I’ll see friends and acquaintances living their best lives, traveling, eating the best food, while I’m stuck in a 9 to 5 status, or daydreaming in my tiny apartment. The constant comparison has had a devastating effect on my own happiness. The comparison life really is a happiness killer. In those moments, I turn my phone off completely and do something that lifts my spirits.
It’s tempting to grab your phone when you wake up in the morning…. but blindly scrolling on your app of choice can accumulate time wasters. Why not take the time to write down three things you’re grateful for? Starting your day with gratitude is a great way to raise your vibration. Expressing gratitude puts you in a space of permission, which will help attract more great things back to you.
Already have some great things happening this summer? Write them down and express gratitude for them. I promise, more and more moments of brilliance will follow. If mornings are a drag, you can also write down the things you are grateful for as part of your evening routine. I keep a journal by my nightstand at all times so I can write my gratitude list both in the morning and at night!
Eat “live” food.
Eating high-vitality foods will not only make you feel good on the inside, it will also raise your own vibration. High-vibrational foods come directly from grown, organic, and/or unprocessed foods. When you’re at the grocery store, look closely at the organic food aisle. Yes, organic food may be more expensive, but it will be better for your health in the long run. I tend to make sure that whenever I can, I frequent my local farmers market. Not only do I get the best fruits and veggies there, but I also get to meet some of the coolest people in my city.
It’s time, my friends, to swap out the Doritos for blueberries. Swap out the cookies for avocados and the pizza you want for bananas, and I know it doesn’t sound fun, but look at what happens once you do this. Do, and you will manifest all. Eat live food and you’ll fly high with your vibration.
Smell the Rose
Ever wonder why people say to stop and smell the roses? Many alternative therapists believe that the rose is the most frequent of all flowers – no wonder it symbolizes love, passion and beauty. A great way to incorporate roses into your daily routine is to purchase some therapeutic grade rose oil and apply it to your body. You can also buy your own bouquets and place them on your desk or countertop. Find a time to breathe in their sweet aroma. Buying flowers for yourself may seem a little silly, but it’s a great way to express your self-love to yourself. You deserve it.
Releasing negative energy
Finally, the absolute fastest way to raise your vibration is to release any negative energy that may be bumming you out. There are several ways to do this successfully. One that I absolutely love is dancing. Dancing gets your heart pumping, your blood pumping, and you can listen to some high vibration music as you do so. Try some fun dances, like “Juice” by Lizzo. Play the music out loud, twist it around and get rid of all the bad energy.

Other ways to release negative energy are through exercise, meditation, clearing your apartment of things that no longer work for you, and stream-of-consciousness journaling.
